Where We Work

The Wildlife Conflict Resolution Program has been working in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem since 2002 on a program to retire livestock grazing allotments that experience chronic conflict with wildlife, especially grizzly bears, wolves, bison, and bighorn sheep. Recently the program has expanded to multiple states in the west and now includes successfully retired allotments in Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico.
