Heather Davis Miller serves as the Vice President for Strategic Partnerships where she leads the National Wildlife Federation’s work in providing strategic direction to increase and expand the organization's conservation and education program's partnerships as well as with its 53 state and territorial affiliates.

Davis Miller brings to this leadership role immense experience in working firsthand with the National Wildlife Federation’s affiliates, having previously worked as a Director of Conservation Partnerships in the National Wildlife Federation’s Mid-Atlantic Regional Center. She has been one of the leading advocates at the National Wildlife Federation for developing and implementing its equity and justice principles. Davis Miller also has served as one of the National Wildlife Federation staff leading and supporting the Women in Conservation Leadership program.

Davis Miller is a lifelong conservationist and previously led urban conservation policy programs for The Wilderness Society, Community Health Councils, and the U.S. Forest Service. She is southern California native who is a competitive sprint and marathon kayaker currently living in the Northeast with her husband and daughter.
